WORK OUT SPECIAL FLAT STOMACH

This exercise targets the deepest abs muscle : the transversus abdominis which is located under the 'six pack abs'. This exercise is very efficient and if you do it three times for 30 seconds every day you will be ready for the bikini season.

You will need : an exercise mat .
The starting position

  • Face down on the floor
The move

  • Use your toes and forearms to form a bridge
  • Maintain a flat back and focus on tightening your abs during 30 seconds.
  • Repeat 3 times.
